Circle of Health

A group session, open to all whether you have experience of healing or are interested in finding out more. Helps you to develop self awareness, healing and simple meditation skills.

The Heling Circle is held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the Month between 7.30 - 9.30pm at Circle of Health Natural Health Centre,  67 Sea Lane, Rustington, BN16 2RQ

Without the therapist’s there wouldn’t be a Circle of Health,  At COH we aim to support our therapists wherever and whenever possible by offering a flexible approach.

Therapists at Circle of Health have the ability to use the rooms when available to swap treatments with other therapists. This provides many benefits to both the centre and the therapist.  It provides the opportunity’s to build long term relationships with other therapists, Increase their knowledge of other therapies and learn new techniques.

Finally it provides the opportunity for them to  receive support & healing rather than just giving.
