We tried a couple of the Local Restaurants and were lucky with the weather Wall to Wall sunshine

Sound therapy with Sound Bites

Thursday, June 4th, 2009

Sound is vibratory energy. It can penetrate both our physical and energetic bodies, ‘tuning’ the body and mind to its natural healthy state. Sound waves travel easily through the body. This is because our bodies consist largely of water and sound travels very well through fluid. Anything that vibrates emits sound, whether we can hear it or not and so has an effect on us.

Even though you are not aware of it, every internal organ within us vibrates at different frequencies. Science supports this theory and quantum physics have shown us that the world is not made of hard matter, but billions of vibrating particles of energy.

Due to our lifestyle, environment, diet, job and relationships, imbalances can occur, weakening the system and possibly causing disease and illness, be it physical, mental or emotional. Sound therapy aims to shift the brain wave pulse from beta to alpha/theta ranges. The brain relaxes and refreshes itself, assisting healing. This deep relaxation causes the breath and heart rate to slow down, quietening the mind and releasing stress.

How can sound therapy help me?
Sound therapy can be used to treat many varying issues. Be it simply wanting relaxation or for problems such as stress-related illnesses, anxiety, mild depression, lack of energy, tinnitus, sleeping problems, ME, IBS, arthritis, chronic pain, fertility concerns, backache, shoulder and neck pain or to help people cope with serious illnesses such as cancer.

Wow  what fun

If you are looking for something to celebrate a special occasion or just want to have some fun we would hightly recommend GO KARTING.

On the 31st we went to Gosport with our familiy and as part of our sons 21st Birthday celebration (HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT) and gave the Go Karts a spin…   and WOW was it good, we had two 15 minutes session, which doesn’t seem long but by the end of the racing we new we had worked hard

I take my hat off in admiration for the F1 guys and how they maintain there concentration for up to two hours on courses like Monte Carlo  where an inch can make the difference between success and failure

A word of warning  make a pact to be friends after the event  GO Karting has the habit of bring out the competitive side….
